Three years ago, the church leadership shared a vision for the future of our property and current facility. This was expressed through the Into the Light Capital Campaign. The vision of Into the Light has simply been this: to create new spaces for ministry, to expand and improve our parking, and to build a new multi-purpose facility to aid the growing ministry of Devonshire Church within our community.
Today, March 25, marks the end of our three-year capital campaign, and there is so much that the Lord has done during these years that we want to celebrate and thank Him for.
With that said, we are looking forward to taking time as we gather together on Sunday, April 8 to hear the stories of how God has grown our trust in Him and faithfully provided and led us through the changes to our current facility and the construction of a new facility.
To do this, we need your feedback and are asking that you would reflect on the past three years and how you have seen the Lord work in your life and grow your faith through your participation of sacrificially giving to this campaign. Over the next two weeks, please take time to reflect and email Pastor Derek ([email protected]) with stories of how you’ve seen the Lord work in your life. We have much to celebrate!
We will also take time to pray as a church family as the construction continues to be completed over the coming months and will soon be used for ministering to our community.
