August 7-10, Devonshire Church is providing a summer basketball day camp that is available to boys age 11-13.
This youth basketball camp will focus on the further development of individual skills through dribbling, passing, and shooting drills in a safe, supportive, and fun environment while developing and strengthening important life skills and personal character traits such as: Responsibility, Teamwork, Communication, Leadership.
Cost
$65 per player (includes cost of T-shirt)
Ages / Session Times
- Age: 11-13 year olds
- Daily Session Times: 9am to 11:30am
- Registration: Begins June 27
There are 30 spots available. Once we reach capacity we will begin a waitlist.
General Information
- Please wear comfortable tennis/basketball sneakers that won’t scuff up the gym floor.
- Please bring a ball & remember to put your name on it.
- Camp will begin with prayer and a brief devotional.
Coach Profile
We are excited to have Desi Washington leading this week of basketball camp again. Desi is from the Colonial Park area and graduated from Central Dauphin High School which was followed by his collegiate years at Deleware State and St. Peter’s University. For the past eight years, he has been playing professional basketball overseas. We know that your boys will have a great week of training with Desi as their coach.
