We, at Devonshire Church, take your Children’s safety seriously. Anyone wishing to serve in the Children’s ministry, must complete the application form in the MINISTRY GUIDELINES policy packet. For insurance purposes, those serving must be members of Devonshire Church. Please refer to the guidelines for complete requirements.
In addition, PA requires the following be completed for ANYONE wishing to serve as volunteer or employee working with Children:
- PA Child Abuse History Clearance (Required)
- PA Criminal History Check (Required)
- FBI Background Check:
- Signed Arrest/Conviction Certification form (Required for those lived in PA >= 10 consecutive years through today)
