At Devonshire Church our desire is to make an impact for Christ in our community and around the world. Throughout Scripture we read of God's love for the world. We have been tremendously blessed by God's outpouring of love for us and our response must be to be a blessing to others. John Piper in his book, Let The Nations Be Glad, writes, "Missions exists because worship does not." The goal of missions is to help mankind get in right relationship with their Creator, to be bowing before the King of kings in pure, honest, passionate worship. Missions will continue to be needed until the world is worshipping the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Local Outreach & World Missions Ministry Team seeks to honor and obey God in fulfilling His purposes - locally, nationally, and globally - by prayerfully developing strategic partnerships, involving people in service opportunities, short term trips, and the provision of resources.
